the service was excellent, with friendly and prompt staff who fulfilled all our requests, especially after a minor issue with insects. the hotel is a wonderful old building from the early 20th century in great shape, offering large rooms with small balconies and spectacular bay views. the breakfast buffet was excellent and the location was perfect, with plenty of nearby restaurants.

Great vintage hotel with huge rooms, modern bathrooms, and beautiful historical building. The top floor restaurant has an amazing view of the city and the sea. Good food and reasonably priced cocktails.
Felt very welcomed, nothing to complain about.

I chose the hotel for its proximity to the Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa and was pleasantly surprised by the helpful dry cleaning services. I also enjoyed the beachfront location, international cuisine, and the vibrant street cafés and shopping boutiques nearby.
